DeVere Weatherization & Construction Services, LLC (DeVere) delivers complete building energy solutions to help customers maintain a comfortable, healthy environment in their home or business. We perform HVAC services, duct cleaning, and sanitization. Our trained employees also perform home weatherization services such as air sealing, insulation, crawl space encapsulation, spray foam insulation, pipe insulation, energy audits, and mold remediation.

Founded in 1987, DeVere Insulation has become Maryland’s largest independent insulation contractor. In 2019, Michelle Griffith spearheaded the formation of DeVere Weatherization & Construction Services, LLC to offer full-service weatherization, HVAC, and mold remediation contracting services to residential and commercial projects across Maryland and DC. We have a workforce of 15 crews and have provided services for 9,300 homes.
