Our services include:
Blower Door Testing – A blower door is a large fan that depressurizes a building, allowing for the detection of air movement and determination if the building envelope can benefit from air sealing.
Door Weather Stripping – Door weather stripping helps keep conditioned inside air from escaping the building. This is an easy and cost effective weatherization tool. Our team installs weather stripping and door sweeps for all types of commercial and residential doors — both metal and wood frame.
Lighting Upgrades – Classified into three broad types based on how much the existing installation is modified, lighting upgrades can include lamp replacements, retrofits, and fixture replacements. Upgrading more lighting system components with LED lights helps achieve higher energy performance.
Insulation – Proper thermal building insulation helps maintain a comfortable and energy efficient environment. Our insulation team installs all types of building insulation including spray foam, fiberglass batt insulation, loose-fill fiberglass insulation, cellulose, and rock wool insulation.
Commercial Pipe Insulation – Used to insulate iron, copper, PVC, and other polymer pipes. We install all types of Owens Corning® Pipe Insulation on various types of commercial pipes (click here for details about these products). Applications include but are not limited to:

Duct Cleaning – Duct cleaning generally refers to the cleaning of various heating and cooling system components of forced air systems, including the supply and return air ducts and registers, grilles and diffusers, heat exchangers, heating and cooling coils, condensation drain pans (drip pans), fan motor and fan housing, and the air handling unit housing. Duct cleaning is recommended every 2 years, before the heating season, to help maintain healthy indoor air quality. Benefits of duct cleaning include less dust and fewer allergens, and it can help prolong the life of your HVAC system.
Using technology from Hyper Vac, negative air, and a brush system we can remove dirt, dust, and debris from your ducts. We also perform off coil cleaning, duct sanitization, blower cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning.
Air Purification – UV light disinfection is an effective, non-toxic tool for air purification. By installing UV light tubes in the coil of the HVAC system, bacteria are killed as they move through the system before reentering the duct work and returning to the occupied space. Other benefits of air purification include reduced mold growth in the HVAC system and fewer airborne allergens which helps create a healthy environment.
Mold Remediation – Mold remediation is the processes by which a building, room, and/or belongings are thoroughly and specially cleaned and sanitized to kill existing mold, stop the spread of mold, and prevent mold from returning. This process can also include removing building materials that have been contaminated (e.g., drywall or flooring) and rebuilding them using mold-resistant best practices to help safeguard your property.
