Michelle Griffith, Manager
Michelle Griffith has been in the insulation business since 2004. In 2009 she became an energy auditor, and her passion for residential energy efficiency grew. Michelle has conducted energy audits, field inspections, and managed projects for large multifamily and commercial contracts. Through industry associations, Michelle has worked to train others in the field of building performance.
Michelle’s vision was to create a whole-home solution for both residential and commercial clients. In 2018 she opened DeVere Weatherization & Construction Services to offer a greater variety of services to clients.
Michelle is certified as a Building Analyst and Envelope Professional through the Building Performance Institute. Michelle is the former chair of the MDBPA (Maryland Building Performance Association) and currently serves on the board of the HACC (Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors of Maryland).
